Jim Tofilon
TOFCO’s President and Founder, Jim Tofilon, has been serving and advising the agricultural industry for over 40 years. As a trained biologist and seasoned veteran of the commodity markets, Jim serves agricultural businesses of every size with expertise ranging from global commodity markets to the quality and composition of every ingredient TOFCO sells. Prior to forming TOFCO, Jim served as President of the Cereal Byproducts Company in Mt. Prospect, IL. In his free time, Jim is probably volunteering at his local church, or chasing after one of his eleven grandchildren.
Kyle
Kyle joined the TOFCO team in 2019. Graduating from NIU with his BS in Science, he finished his 18 year hockey career playing for the Huskies. Experienced in trading ingredients like hominy, lactose, and whey permeate, Kyle always goes the extra mile for our customers. His hobbies include spending time with his wife and two children, as well as looking for his next outdoor adventure.
Margaret

Spiros
Spiros brings a wealth of experience and a unique background to the team. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Marketing from North Central College, he blends analytical thinking with creative problem-solving skills. Prior to joining TOFCO, Spiros enjoyed a successful 4 year career with the Cardinals, showcasing his dedication and perseverance in Cross Country and Track. His professional journey extends over 9 years in sales and customer service, where he honed his ability to build lasting relationships and drive results. Outside of work, Spiros finds joy in spending quality time with his wife and daughter, exploring new destinations, and discovering new experiences.
Michael
Michael joined TOFCO in 2020 after spending several years at a large agricultural trading company. He has a bachelors degree in Finance from Miami University and specializes in feed ingredients across the Midwest and Mississippi River Delta.
